Rooms are available at the EMBC group rate of $309 USD (before state recovery fee of $3.21 and taxes) for single or double occupancy, available on a first come, first serve basis for reservations made by Friday, August 21, 2026.

EMBC's room block is reserved and intended only for registered conference attendees and sponsors. EMBC staff will check rooming lists against the list of registered attendees. The hotel has three (3) day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within three days of arrival, the hotel will charge one (1) night room and tax.
